Social and Rehabilitation Services, Department of
   Disability and Behavioral Health Services (SRS-DBHS).
   Providers of this service must be trained with the medical
   skills necessary to care for and meet the medical needs
   of beneficiaries within the scope of the State’s Nurse
   Practice Act.

   The service may be provided in all customary and usual
   community locations including where the beneficiary
   resides and socializes.
